팬그램어학원의 입학테스트는 레벨 A부터 레벨B까지 총 4종으로 제공되며 과 같은 응시 가이드를 따릅니다.
Level A 영어 학습 1년 미만
Level B 영어 학습 2-3년 미만
Level C 영어 학습 3-4년 미만
Level D 영어 학습 4년 이상
레벨별 테스트 항목 구성과 세부 평가 내용은 다음과 같습니다.
LEVEL A
Receptive Mode
This is an assessment of the learner’s understanding of communicated language from others. It evaluates the learner’s listening and reading performance.
Foundational Skills examines the learner’s understanding of the basic features of printed words as well as their phonological awareness. It also examines their ability to decode the meaning of words with speed, accuracy, and prosody.
Comprehension Skills examines the learner’s ability to participate in interactive discourse about grade-level topics. It also examines the learner’s ability to ask and answer questions related to key details about presented information.
Expressive Mode
This is an assessment of the learner’s ability to communicate their thoughts, ideas, understanding, and interpretation to others. It evaluates the learner’s speaking and writing performance.

LEVEL C,D
Receptive Mode
Comprehension Skills examines the learner’s ability to participate in interactive discourse with about grade-level topics. It examines the learner’s ability to recount or ask and answer questions related to key details from read text or information presented aurally.
Reasoning Skills examines the learner’s ability to analyze spoken or written language for meaning using a variety of schematic and language learning strategies (cognitive, metacognitive, compensatory, etc.).
Expressive Mode
Descriptive Skills examines the learner’s ability to communicate the main ideas and supporting details from text or read aloud. It looks at the learner’s ability to narrate a story or experience using appropriate facts and relevant details in clear and coherent sentences or utterances.
Reasoning Skills examines the learner’s ability to express their understanding of a task communicated via text or aurally, and their ability to use their apply knowledge towards completing or solving a task. It looks at the learner’s ability to provide requested detail, information, or clarification.
